By accessing or using One Bot One Model, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, dashboard, or related bot services.
2. Service scope
One Bot One Model provides tools to configure, deploy, monitor, and manage dedicated Telegram bots. Features, supported platforms, plan limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and bot tokens. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, violate applicable law or third-party rights, impersonate others, or use the service for abusive or deceptive activity.
4. Third-party platforms
The service interacts with Telegram and other third-party platforms. Their availability, APIs, names, and trademarks remain under their respective owners’ control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing period selected at checkout until canceled. Plan inclusions and current prices are shown before purchase. Custom arrangements may apply to larger deployments.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, dashboard, branding, and original service materials belong to One Bot One Model. You retain rights to the content and branding you provide for your bots.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
